Occasional overtime when pensation: $33.66 - $36/hr ($70k - $75k)The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .WHAT YOU'LL DOComplete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to: painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts (as allowed by licensing requirements), plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenanceAssist in supervising and implementing the preventative maintenance programMaintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requestsAssist in providing training and supervision aimed at expanding the capabilities of Engineering teamSupport on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable)Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controlsComply with all safety proceduresParticipate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programsOther projects and tasks to be assignedWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE3-5 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentryTrade school education, union training, military service or college is desirableLeadership/supervisory experienceExperience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsComfort using ladders up to 30 feet tallAbility to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or driveStrong customer service skillsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUJoin an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estateDeep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your workComprehensive and competitive benefits planA supportive, caring and diverse work environment designed for your growth and well-beingThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
