Learn more at Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lightingIdentify leaks, electrical malfunctions, or plumbing issues and perform necessary repairsProvide exceptional customer service during site visits, explaining findings and solutions clearlyMaintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and next stepsConduct regular service visits to ensure pool/spa systems are operational and safeCollaborate with warehouse and service coordinators to ensure proper scheduling and inventoryUphold safety protocols and company procedures at all timesLoad service vehicle with necessary tools, parts, and equipment for daily assignmentsUse mobile apps or software to log service calls and updatesMaintain a clean and professional appearance and vehicle Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in pool/spa service, equipment repair, or related fieldTechnical knowledge of pool systems (filtration, hydraulics, electrical, plumbing) strongly preferredValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsAbility to work independently and efficientlyMust be able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditionsComfortable working with tools, parts, and safety equipmentBilingual a plusWillingness to work some weekends or overtime during peak season Benefits 401(k) with employer matchingMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insurancePaid time off and holidaysBi-weekly pay cycleEmployee discount programCompany-provided tools and vehicle for service workOngoing training and development opportunities Work Schedule Full-Time: Monday-FridayOccasional Saturdays or overtime during peak months Work Location Based in La Vergne, TNService area includes surrounding regions with local travel required Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
