Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Brook Park, Ohio. In this role, you will handle a variety of financial tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily cash settlements. The position is fully onsite, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Process accounts payable by entering invoices and performing three-way matching. u2022 Manage weekly check runs and ensure timely processing of checks. u2022 Handle daily cash settlements and prepare bank deposits. u2022 Oversee accounts receivable tasks, including billing and invoice tracking. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks software to maintain accurate financial records. u2022 Perform miscellaneous administrative duties to support the finance department. u2022 Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures. Requirements u2022 At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly preferred. u2022 Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. u2022 Familiarity with three-way matching and invoice processing. u2022 Ability to perform bank reconciliations and handle cash settlements. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. u2022 Availability to work onsite in Brook Park, Ohio.
