Position Summary The Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator / Data Entry role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This position manages the flow of information through the office, provides exceptional customer service, and ensures accurate and timely data entry to support daily operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and associates in a friendly, professional manner. Answer and direct incoming calls; respond to general inquiries. Manage front desk operations including scheduling, appointment coordination, and maintaining office supplies. Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets. Process applications, forms, and other documents with a high level of accuracy. Support office staff with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document preparation. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information. Contribute to a positive office environment by organizing common areas and assisting with special projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in office administration a plus).
