We are excited to be hiring for a Pharmaceutical Sales Associate (Entry-Level) role. The Pharmaceutical Sales Associate is a critical role to maintain relationships within healthcare offices to supply patient materials and vouchers/samples, as well as provide in-office education as required. The Pharmaceutical Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving established service/sales objectives by conducting primarily live customer calls on Primary Care offices in an assigned geography. The Pharmaceutical Sales Associate will maintain a positive image for our client and IQVIA, both internally and externally, while maintaining compliance with all policies that govern service/sales activities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: u00b7 Achieve service and sales goals and objectives by effectively implementing marketing strategies in assigned region and as defined by business needs u00b7 Analyze performance and adjust business plan and approach accordingly. u00b7 Executes plan and achieves metrics objectives. u00b7 Maintain and update current and prospective target profiles and call records in CRM. u00b7 Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products u00b7 Successfully complete/participate in all required training and team meetings u00b7 Plan, organize, and prioritize activities to meet service/sales goals for assigned targets u00b7 Demonstrate mastery of customer engagement skills with expertise in questioning and probing to better understand customer wants and needs in order to supply outstanding service u00b7 Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all timekeeping, details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity u00b7 Comply with governing corporate policies and SOPs, as well as applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including sample management, compliance with promotional program, and proper use of promotional materials and promotional expense budgets Education, Experience, & Other Requirements: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree from a four-year accredited college or university required u00b7 1-year of Customer Service experience preferred u00b7 Following experience is a plus: o Military o Experience during college: o Working o Competitive Sports o Extra-curricular activities- especially in leadership positions o Excellent live, virtual, and written communication skills to engage customers o Proven active listening skills o Strong rapport building skills Knowledge, Skills, & Core Competencies: u00b7 Demonstrated drive and enthusiasm to connect with and support customers for maximum engagement u00b7 Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and internal partners u00b7 Ability to partner and collaborate within a team environment u00b7 Demonstrated decision making skills u00b7 Ability to utilize critical thinking u00b7 Demonstrated time management skills; planning and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization to achieve deadlines u00b7 Ability to consistently execute all field sales activities with a high degree of professionalism in accordance with established promotional guidelines u00b7 Technology agility- proficient with Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Microsoft office) with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology and systems #LI-CES IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The potential base pay range for this role is 55-63,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
