Description We are looking for a dedicated Traffic Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Willmar, Minnesota. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess strong organizational skills. You will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations within the agriculture sector, contributing to timely deliveries and accurate reporting. Responsibilities: u2022 Collaborate with the appointment coordinator to address and resolve potential late truck arrivals identified through tracking systems. u2022 Communicate delivery-related issues with vendor management teams to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Administer late delivery coding processes, and compile and report tracking data periodically. u2022 Provide coverage during scheduled vacations to maintain workflow continuity. u2022 Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned to support departmental goals. Requirements u2022 Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all tasks. u2022 Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. u2022 Exhibit strong analytical abilities along with clear written and verbal communication skills. u2022 Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. u2022 Adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced work environment. u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, particularly in data entry processes.
