This may include clerical, technical and/or administrative functions. Work situations are both routine and non-routine requiring strong clerical skills, data entry and tracking, organization, prioritization and attention to detail. This position works in conjunction with other internal and external entities to support of daily operations and special projects simultaneously, also requiring discretion and good judgment. Internal contacts consist of all levels of staff, management and residents. External contacts includes vendors.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, AA preferredCurrent Washington state driver's licenseMinimum two (2) years of experience working providing clerical, customer service and/or administrative supportExperience in Behavioral Healthcare setting strongly preferredProof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate statePay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
