Senior Agile Scrum MasterWe are seeking an experiencedu00a0Agile Project Manager/Scrum Masteru00a0to support enterprise-scale initiatives for au00a0leading telecom client, workingu00a0onsite 5 days a week in Littleton, CO.This role will lead theu00a0implementation of Agile practicesu00a0across software, cloud engineering, and automation teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will also play a key role inu00a0developing a unified KPI and data framework, bringing together performance metrics from multiple teams to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive delivery excellence and operational efficiency.Must-Have Skills- 5+ years managingu00a0Agileu00a0projects (ex,u00a0software development,u00a0cloud engineering, oru00a0automation/observability or other)- Proven track record inu00a0data analysisu00a0andu00a0KPI framework developmentu00a0to measure delivery and operational performance.- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills foru00a0cross-functional team alignment and problem-solving.- Skilled inu00a0requirements documentation, conflict resolution,u00a0andu00a0stakeholder communication.- Experience managingu00a0multiple vendorsu00a0across large-scale or nationwide technology deployments.- Proficiency in Agile collaboration tools:u00a0Jira, Confluence, or Miro.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business audiences.Nice-to-Have Skills- In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall)- Cloud Platforms -- AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3)- Containerization & Orchestration -- Kubernetes- Scripting & Automation -- Python- Monitoring & Observability -- Grafana, Prometheus- Hands-on experience with quality control and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen).- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline management- Experience with telecom networks, platforms, and deployment operations.Education & Certifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Project Management (or equivalent technical discipline).- CSM, CSPO, PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred.Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of Agile frameworks, guiding teams through ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and alignment.- Serve as anu00a0Agile leaderu00a0guiding multiple teams (software development, cloud engineering, automation, and SysOps) through iterative planning, execution, and delivery.- Facilitate cross-functional collaborationu00a0across engineering, data, and business teams to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones.- Lead the development of au00a0data-driven KPI framework, unifying metrics from multiple sources into a cohesive view for performance tracking and strategic insights.- Partner with technical teams to ensureu00a0data quality, transparency, and traceabilityu00a0in KPI reporting and project dashboards.- Driveu00a0Agile maturity and best practicesu00a0across teams by coaching on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles.- Build and maintain project roadmaps, negotiate timelines, and ensure goals are realistic, measurable, and aligned to capacity.- Bridge the gapu00a0between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable delivery plans.- Identify and addressu00a0knowledge gaps or skill constraints, coordinating training and knowledge transfer where needed.- Implementu00a0continuous improvement practicesu00a0using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen techniques to enhance quality and delivery efficiency.- Monitor and analyze project and team performance data tou00a0identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.- Manage and alignu00a0multiple vendorsu00a0across national deployments, ensuring consistent delivery standards and communication.- Maintain comprehensiveu00a0project documentationu00a0including requirements, risks, issues, decisions, and post-mortems - Proactivelyu00a0escalate and resolveu00a0cross-team issues, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion of deliverables.```{=html}```- TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
