DescriptionUnder direct supervision from the Manager of Support Services, the Prep Cook provides assistance and support to the Cook in quality food preparation, management of supplies and tray line activities. Responsible for preparing cold foods and entrees and assisting as needed with hot food preparation. Assists with rotation of foods in the freezer and refrigerators and in other responsibilities as required.
