Job Summary: The Sous Chef supports in executing elevated, executive-level corporate catering within a fast-paced, high-volume drop-off operation for Martin & Fitch Catering. This role leads daily kitchen production to ensure consistency, refined presentation, and on-time delivery, while managing prep schedules, inventory, and back-of-house staff. Working closely with logistics and culinary leadership, the Sous Chef maintains strict food safety standards, adapts quickly to changing demand, and upholds brand quality in a deadline-driven corporate environment.
