u200b u200bu200b SUMMARY The Titles QA I, performs consumer documentu2019s audit for the vehicle loan refinancing and purchase process and ensures that the documentation meets jurisdictional requirements and regulations for the DMV. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include: u2022 Identifies the deal type and performs the audit following the standard process. u2022 Assess if correct title documents were generated to support the title transaction deal set up. u2022 Efficiently fill out and submit title documents per jurisdictional requirements. u2022 Ensures quality assurance of documents prior to submission to jurisdiction for processing. u2022 Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities u2022 Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. u2022 Experience: Proven record of similar job experience with Titles is a plus. u2022 Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Excellent attention to detail, accurate and timely deliverables. u2022 Analytical: Ability to read and correctly interpret Excel reports. u2022 Reasoning Ability: Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and work independently. u2022 Technology: Computer skills.
