This is a temporary, full-time seasonalposition and we are looking to fill 7 job openings for employment from3/3/2026 to 12/31/2026.?Additional Worksites: Worksites are in MONROE, WOODRUFF, LEE countiesin Arkansas.?Job Description:Duties: Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking. Breadingonion rings for later cooking. Operate large-volume cooking equipment,such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. Cook the exact number ofitems ordered by each customer, working on several different orderssimultaneously. Prepare specialty foods following specific methods thatusually require short preparation time. Clean food preparation areas,cooking surfaces, and utensils. Read food order slips or receive verbalinstructions as to food required by patron and prepare and cook foodaccording to instructions. Clean, stock, and restock workstations anddisplay cases. Order and take delivery of supplies. Maintain sanitation,health, and safety standards in work areas. Pre-cook items, such asbacon, prepare them for later use. Cook and package batches of food,such as hamburgers or fried chicken, which are prepared to order or keptwarm until sold. Take food and drink orders and receive payment fromcustomers. Prepare and serve beverages, such as coffee or fountaindrinks. Prepare and serve dessert items, such as soft serve ice cream,sundaes, and milkshakes. verify that prepared food meets requirementsfor quality and quantity. Serve orders to customers at windows,counters, customer vehicles or tables.?Requirements:Must be able to carry at least 20 lbs.?Terms & Conditions of Employment:$12.50/hr., 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Mon-Sun. Shifttimes include 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and 4:00 PM to11:00 PM (schedules/shifts vary based on need). Overtime rate of pay isat least $18.75per hour. Overtime may be available based on operationalneeds but isn't guaranteed. Higher pay and/or other incentives based onperformance.?Inbound Transportation:Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work,whether in the U.S or abroad, to the place of employment, if the workercompletes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provideadvance payment of transportation and subsistence from the place ofrecruitment to the place of employment.?Outbound Transportation:Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay for worker??s reasonable cost ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.???Daily Transportation:Employer will provide daily transportation to and from worksites.?Disclosure of daily subsistence amountDaily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day duringtravel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.?3/4ths guarantee not required due to 2016 Omnibus:Three- fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work forhours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-weekperiod of the total employment period.??Provision of tools, equipment, and supplies:Tools, equipment and supplies: The employer will provide workers at nocharge; all tools, supplies & equipment required to perform the job.? Single Work Week guarantee and frequency of pay:Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single work week as its standardfor computing wages due; The pay period is bi-weekly.?Statement of deductions from worker??s pay:The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and willnot make any deductions, which are not required by law.?Reimbursement of border, visa and related fees:The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week forall visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees,including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.?Prov
