If you share our passion for these values and are eager to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join our dedicated team.What You Will Do:As a Welder, you will play an essential role within our Anchorage Field Construction and Maintenance department reporting to the Construction and Maintenance Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Weld according to ENSTAR's established welding procedures.- Weld on new and existing pressurized and non-pressurized pipelines.- Interpret drawings.- Layout, cut, fit, and fabricate pipelines, metering stations, compressor station, regulator stations and other related steel assemblies.- Work on projects with minimum supervision that require a high degree of precision, accuracy, and productivity.- Work on projects in adverse weather conditions, under demanding physical conditions.- Use initiative to plan and organize assigned work and to effectively direct activities of other employees to accomplish the assigned work in the most efficient manner.- Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.- Perform pipeline mains and service line maintenance (other than welding).- Train other team members on welding techniques.What You Will Bring:- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Five or more years of welding experience. - Must be able to pass ENSTAR's multiple qualification welding test (12
