Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience - preferable homecare - as this position will treat patients in their homes independently. What your day might look like? + Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans based upon evidenced based practice. + Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members. + Communicate with patients and families. Is this you? + Graduate of an accredited college/university with a degree in Physical Therapy. + Licensed to practice in New Jersey. + Caring and compassionate therapist who is willing to advocate for your patients. + Strong interest in participating in department improvements and participation hospital led initiatives.
