DUTIES: Oversee the activities of Auto Body Repair Specialists and other shop personnel, ensuring efficient and accurate repair processes. Assign repair tasks based on employee skills and shop priorities, ensuring an organized workflow. Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular evaluations. Inspect completed repairs to verify compliance with quality standards and customer expectations. Ensure all work adheres to Damage Evaluation and Management (DEM) procedures. Enforce safety protocols, including the proper use of protective equipment and adherence to environmental regulations. Develop and implement schedules to optimize shop efficiency and minimize downtime. Coordinate with parts suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate operational records of repairs, inspections, and inventory. Provide ongoing training for employees on repair techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational challenges in the repair process.REQUIREMENTS: 24 months of experience as an auto body repair technician.
