We do not discriminate in hiring on the basis of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religious creed, national origin, physical or mental disability, protected Veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.Technical Project ManagerZeno is seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to support the mission-oriented efforts of developing and bringing to market Radioisotope Power Systems (RPS) this role you will:Develop and manage resource loaded schedules for Zeno's projectsCoordinate schedule and cost inputs from Zeno stakeholders, including government agencies, the U.S. Department of Energy, and contractorsEnsure sound project management methodology is applied for control of the schedule and cost of projectsDevelop, implement, and enforce baseline schedule and costs, including variance and metrics analysisManage, evaluate and make recommendations to the Chief Product Officer for proposed schedule and cost baseline change control requestsResponsible for monitoring and ensuring Zeno, contractors, and supplier performance meets the baseline schedule and cost requirementsSupport procurement activities such as procurement document development, acquisition, execution, and contract close outKey Qualifications and SkillsB.S. or higher in an engineering discipline from accredited university with 5+ years of engineering management or project management experienceDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing schedules and costs in an aerospace or nuclear environmentStrong understanding of baseline change control and configuration managementProject Management Professional certification is desiredMS Project or P6 experience requiredExperience managing a first of a kind or engineering design project strongly preferredCandidate must be a self-starter and possess ability to coordinate and lead a project management effort with minimal directionAble to meet deadlines and perform under pressure in an uncertain environmentMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsJob FunctionsPosition requires in-office presence in Seattle (South Lake Union) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, remote work is optional on Mondays and Fridays.Travel: Travel is required 10% - 15%Motor Abilities: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods, bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control (hands)Physical exertion and/or requirements: Minimal, with ability to safely lift up to 15 poundsRepetitive work: ProlongedSpecial Senses: Visual and audio focused workWork Conditions: Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hrs./dayCompensation and BenefitsThe anticipated salary band for this position is $130,000 - $165,000. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and other business addition to competitive c
