This PT would be covering for for vacations or overflow staffing for primarily an ortho case mix and will be guaranteed 40 hrs. The ideal candidate would be a relationship builder and be an independent thinker. Lots of opportunity for growth in program development in this role along with growing your clinical skills. This position is eligible for a float bonus due to floating positionAs a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as neededCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.#BSWIR-OutpatientEqual Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans#BSWIR-Outpatient
