Your role and responsibilities The SAP Program Delivery Leader will lead the planning, delivery, and governance of largeu2011scale, crossu2011functional SAP programs that involve multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and integration points. This role ensures that program objectives are met by driving alignment across business and technical teams, managing risks and dependencies, and providing strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires deep experience navigating complex environments, balancing strategic direction with handsu2011on execution, and maintaining clear communication with executives and project teams.Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week subject to business needs.This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
