About the Role A Fargo-Moorhead non-profit is seeking a Volunteer Lead Coordinator to manage all volunteer operations. This role will serve as the primary face to volunteers. The ideal candidate has nonprofit experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for volunteer coordination, events, and community outreach.
