ResponsibilitiesProduce and pack quality product at target machine speeds using safe work practicesUnderstand and follow all safety proceduresRead and verify order sheetsUnderstand print job requirements and quality issuesPerform quality checks on finished productsMaintain a safe and clean work areaMaintain Food Safety and Quality in compliance with SQF StandardsRead, understand, and correctly complete daily paperworkRead & understand Production Order Packet (POP); prepare all machine components for productionComplete set-up and/or change-over activities with minimal assistance in allotted timeParticipate in Preventive Maintenance Activities as assignedMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly conditionComplete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & proceduresActively engage in safety programsQualificationsMinimum of six months of experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably with a high-speed processHigh School Diploma or GED is requiredEligible to work in the United StatesSuccessful completion of pre-employment background and drug screenSatisfactorily completes training courses as determined by managementAbility to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodationCommitment to an accident-free and drug-free workplaceWillingness to work overtime as neededWhat You'll Get From UsBenefitsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
