This person will be responsible for supporting the deployment and Production and Engineering use of our industry leading FOS system. The ideal candidate will have IT support experience in a Factory or other Industrial business setting.As Factory Operating System (FOS) Support Technician, you will:Provide first line IT support for Engineering, Production, and Factory Operator team use and issues related to Tablets, Projectors, Monitors, Scanners and onboarding/offboarding processesTroubleshoot and resolve common Factory Engineering and Operator IT incidents, escalating to senior engineer when necessaryManage FOS user accounts, permissions, and access controlsAssist with the setup, deployment, and maintenance of Factory IT hardware and software, including Production Station setupsMonitor and maintain Factory IT infrastructure to ensure uptime, security, and performanceSupport remote users and mobile device management (MDM) platformsCreate new methodologies and solutions to support company growth and scaleYou Will Bring1-2 years of system administration or IT support experienceAbility to deploy, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure for our Factory Operating System environmentAssist in Factory Station setup and improvementsProvide first line support to Engineering, Production, and Operator usersWork independently to maintain FOS uptime and usageThese experiences are a plus -Experience with Azure in a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment preferred.Exposure to ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).Exposure to Factory automation or monitoring systemsExperience with Mobile Device Management systemsExposure to Network Security managementFamiliarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)Intellect and driveThe ability to learn quickly and continuously and maintain a flexible and adaptive mindset necessary for a fast-paced environment.A proactive, self-driven mindset where your growth is dependent on you.Creative problem solving; if you don't know the answer, you’ll know how to find a way to it.Multi-tasking with the ability to handle multiple inquiries at once and prioritize them accordingly.Why Join Us?Cutting-Edge Technology - Opportunities to work on the forefront of fiber optic technology.?Professional Development - We’re committed to your growth, offering resources, career development, and a culture where your voice is heard.?Fun Team Environment - Monthly team bonding events, free lunches, and activities to keep us connected.?️Flexible Paid Time Off - Take time when you need it, with PTO that grows over time plus 10 paid holidays, including two floating holidays to use at your discretion?401(k) Match - We offer company match to help you plan for your future.?Benefits Overview-- To view our comprehensive benefits packageCLICK HEREReady to Build the Future?
