IMMEDIATE HIRING NEEDField Service TechnicianFull Time Position with Generous Benefits Package$80-85K first yearDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment at customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and sales officesUtilizes hand tools and test equipment, such as multimeters, to perform workEffectively communicates technical issues and findings with the Engineering DepartmentPerforms in house phone troubleshooting support to customersSupports sales for product demonstrationsProvides a range of known solutions to problemsInnovates on the fly to resolve new and unique problemsMay be required to provide after-hours phone troubleshooting supportWill be asked to travel extensively, nationwideBuild and maintain customer relationshipsPerforms other duties, as assigned by the managerAble to book own travel with credit card (reimbursed weekly)Must live within 1 hour of a major airportREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with industrial and commercial electrical systemsKnowledge or experience of industrial mechanical systems preferred, but not necessaryExpert knowledge of supplied machinery (company provides extensive training)Requires travel up to 100% of the time, inclusive of consecutive overnights, between 10-14 daysAbility to accurately and effectively communicate problems and suggest possible solutionsDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain detailed recordsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel***VETERANS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY**
