Our Pickering client, a leading international manufacturer and distributor of agriculture machinery, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their team! Benefits to you: 6 Month Contract (Potential for Extension) Full Time Hours Established company with over 45 years in business Opportunity for growth and advancement Family oriented team culture Responsibilities: Provide bilingual (English & French) support to dealers and retail customers Respond to inquiries (payout requests, insurance, sales programs) Provide online training to dealers via online system Finalize, verify, and book retail finance contracts Troubleshoot system issues and educate dealers on policy and process requirements Review and update incoming contracts for accuracy, missing information, and booking details Verify Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) information Complete various administrative functions (sorting, filing, data entry) Receive, sort, and process incoming mail, changes of address, and account updates Support and liaise with other departments (retail, finance, credit, legal, etc.) Follow up on cancelled insurance policies and obtain updated insurance information Collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication flow and customer satisfaction Perform other tasks that may be assigned Qualifications and Skills: Must be fluent in English and French (verbal and written) 2-3 years of Bilingual Customer Service experience Experience using AS400 system and DealerLink Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Good time management and organizational skills Bonus Qualifications: Experience using AS400 system and DealerLink (asset) Experience in Finance Industry (asset) Ability to handle a variety of high-pressure situations and work independently Must have pleasant telephone demeanor Compensation and Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm Pay Rate: $32.97 - $35.16 per hour Express Employment Professionals is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes all qualified applicants to apply; all reasonable accommodations will be made for people with disabilities.
