Key Responsibilities Oversee daily oilfield operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity Lead, mentor, and drive management teams to meet and exceed operational goals Track operational expenses and identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities Prepare, review, and analyze detailed operational reports for leadership Improve workflows and processes to maximize efficiency and performance Ensure alignment between field operations and company objectives Qualifications 10+ years of oilfield operations management experience Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent reporting, analytical, and organizational abilities Proven experience in expense tracking and operational optimization Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Results-driven with a hands-on leadership approach Apply NOW!!
