Job DescriptionOverviewThis EFT Processor II will be responsible for processing EFT Cardholder Disputes, assisting Contact Center and branches through e-mail and phone, respond to FISERV requests, process EFT disputes, assisting with travel queues when needed.Essential FunctionsProcess incoming cardholder disputes while strictly adhering to all bank policies and proceduresProcessing provisional and final credits to customer's account with disputed items when applicableEnsure timely response to FISERV's requestInvestigate and escalate suspicious or fraudulent claims in accordance with policiesProcess EFT disputesEnsure compliance with all established Federal Regulations for Regulation E and NACHAPerform all operational support duties within the EFT DepartmentRespond to customer or business partner inquiries with exemplary customer service in the established timeframeParticipate in job specific trainingServe as subject matter expert for all Dispute related transactionsMaintain department proceduresBe efficient in additional assigned duties FICO, travel work queues, auto generated letters, and monitoring faxes.Determining dispute decisions for approval/denial according to RegulationEnsure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulationsNavigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiencyWork as part of a teamWork with on-site equipmentQualificationsAssociate's Degree Business Administration/Finance preferred#LI-MM1Northwest is an equal opportunity employer.
