This role is instrumental in equipping our team with the skills and knowledge necessary to prioritize customer satisfaction and foster loyalty. Our Business Development Center (BDC) plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every interaction with our customers is seamless and positive.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires.Identify and address ongoing training needs in collaboration with leadership.Analyze training interactions to provide insights into additional training requirements.Partner with leadership to conduct performance assessments and evaluate training effectiveness for BDC Coordinators.Coordinate and support quarterly one-on-one sessions for BDC Coordinators to promote continuous development.Engage in personal development activities to maintain and enhance facilitation skills.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in training facilitation.Proven experience in training within a remote environment.Exceptional one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills.Ability to interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels, including business units and executive management.Background in Customer Service or Customer Service Training is highly desirable.Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.Experience with call center environments is advantageous.Proficiency with MyKaarma or DealerSocket is a plus.Bachelors degree required.Ability to work a hybrid schedule (T, W, TH in-office and M, F remote work)#LI-AK1
