represent the department and the City of Cheyenne to other departments, divisions, and the public; make presentations and perform surveys and data reduction; provide assistance to developers and engineers in reviewing project recommendations.- Provide staff assistance to the Engineering Manager and serve in his or her absence; participate on a variety of boards, commissions, and committees; prepare and present staff reports and other necessary correspondence.- Attend and participate in professional group meetings for staff and project coordination;
