Responsibilities:As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of complex production machinery, ensuring optimum equipment performance, and quality output. Key responsibilities include:-Operate, set up, adjust and maintain production machinery in accordance with production schedules and standards.-Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.-Monitor production runs to ensure quality and consistency of finished products.-Keep work area clean and orderly to maintain a safe and organized work environment.Working hours: Various Shifts AvailableSkills:-2 years of experience operating and maintaining high-speed machinery in the food and beverage industry. -Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and quality standards.-Ability to read and interpret production schedules, safety rules, and operating instructions.-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.-Ability to work independently and within a team environment to achieve production goals.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-Employer conducts pre-employment national background check and drug screen.-Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. -Must be able to work nights and weekends.
