For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Responsibilities: Operate and maintain an innovation lab for the ideation, design, and engineering of cloud native product modernization and innovation using emerging technologies. u2022 Develop end-to-end plans for AI/ML/NLP innovations that are compliant with cybersecurity policies. u2022 Develop and engineer pilots, prototypes, and proof of concept solutions to validate emerging technology, modernization, and innovation opportunities. u2022 Implement transparency, traceability, and appropriate security handling in line with best practices and applicable compliance standards including Authorization To Operate certifications. u2022 Implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems. u2022 Make low risk plans and present business briefings, recommendations, and demonstrations to executives and technical stakeholders in a clear manner based on data architecture best practices u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions. u2022 Conduct exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights from large and complex datasets. u2022 Support total experience initiatives including customer experience, user experience and human centered design through focus groups, metrics, wireframes, mockups, and information architecture development. u2022 Develop reusable code libraries and best practices for modernization and innovation development and deployment. u2022 Mentor more junior data scientists and guide the team in adopting new technologies and techniques. u2022 Stay current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI research. u2022 Support Agile product teams in emerging technologies and data strategies. u2022 Analyze data and usage to find patterns and solutions to business challenges. Experience Requirements: MA/MS degree and 8 years or more of experience in data science, data analytics, or data modeling. u2022 Experience with Machine learning, natural language processing, security, and artificial intelligence technologies in cloud native environments (AWS, Azure, Google). u2022 Masteru2019s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. u2022 Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in data science or analytics. u2022 Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence. u2022 Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance based on USPTO regulations u2022 Candidates must have lived in the United States continuously for the last 2 years u2022 Track record of delivering impactful emerging technology value including AI/ML/NLP innovations and data-driven solutions in a cloud native environment. u2022 Strong communication and teamwork abilities. u2022 Programming Languages: Python, R, SQL u2022 AI, ML, NLP Frameworks, models, and tools u2022 Machine Learning & Statistical Tools PyTorch u2022 Experience with Frontier models u2022 Experience with Databricks, Data Manipulation & Analysis u2022 Visualization Tools Tableau, Power BI u2022 Big Data & Cloud Platforms: Hadoop, Hive, AWS (S3, SageMaker, Redshift), Azure, and GCP u2022 Version Control & Collaboration: Git, Docker u2022 Suitable combination of education, training, or experience maybe substituted for education.
