Job Title: Office Administrator Status: Full-time/Exempt Reports to: Executive Director/Team u2022 Department: TACT Annualized Salary: $22/hour The Office Administrator position is highly client-centric and will primarily consist of answering phones and processing emailed orders. The position must have impeccable organization, the ability to multitask. and great follow-up skills. The admin will have smaller, various tasks to help aid in the development and marketing effort. Reporting Relationships The Office Administrator position will report directly to the Executive team. Although guidance will come from the Development, Admissions, and other directors Daily Responsibilities & Duties u2022 Manage and place incoming client and family phone calls u2022 Provide confirmations to staff of attendance u2022 Answer phones related to orders and teacher and staff availability u2022 Able to handle pressure situations u2022 Checking on tracking and status of training supplies4 u2022 Answering day-to-day phone calls and routing accordingly u2022 Shipping packages and mail u2022 Assist with billing and invoicing u2022 Contribute to the organization's climate & culture u2022 Help plan events involving clients & families Performance Indicators & Measurements of Success u2022 Good client service feedback from clients and families u2022 Willing to contribute ideas and take on pro1ects u2022 Establish strong relationships witl1 manufacturer partners u2022 Accurate and prompt follow -up Employees must be self-directed and committed to daily excellence for the benefit of all stakeholders.
