A licensed and certified Boise, Idaho water restoration company has an immediate opening for a Construction Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with proven success record and a minimum of 5 years’ experience of sales in business to business sales and marketing. Company specializes in the Water Fire and Mold Restoration as well as a General Contractor for insurance and commercial industry. We seek a top sales/marketing representative to become part of our team. Responsibilities include: Learn, train on and use our proprietary contact software. New Account development. Cold calling to set appointments One-on-one and group meetings Coordinate and conduct training presentations. Follow through via letters, literature, email, etc. Being persistent to obtain work Account Management & follow through Learn and understand our messaging and sales strategy Increase business with current accounts Manage new assignments as they come in Ensure service needs are being met/exceeded. Entertain clients as necessary Regular visits to nurture relationships Desired Qualifications: Excellent relationship building skills Strong presentation computer organizational and communication skills Strong work ethic Willingness to go the extra mile is a must Valid DL Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment background and drug screen Compensation package is performance based - and includes base salary , sales commissions, and expenses allowance.
