This is a 1st and 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Back End Quality Specialist Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manually removes sheets from Litho oven wickets and place them on skid. - Prevents scratching of decorated surfaces and denting or fluting of sheets when order is being run. - Will be responsible for the set-up of automatic stacker equipment and continuously attends to its proper operation, inspecting for correct sheet alignment, denting of sheets, scratching of decoration, or other obvious defects. - Keeps work area clean. - Assist operator with miscellaneous work, wash-up procedures and roller changes. - Assist truckers in collection of scraps. - Band pallets of metal sheets. - Multitasks managing multiple production lines. - Completing multiple quality checks throughout the batch, immediately reporting any quality concerns to the front end - Maintain productions count records.
