In this role, you will support supplier invoice processing while leveraging data analytics to drive process improvements. This position serves as a critical link between our accounting, supply chain, and engineering departments to ensure timely payments and efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesDirectly support the supplier invoice process to ensure on-time payment and identify opportunities for improvementUse data analytics tools to identify process or system defects driving late invoices, transform and load data from multiple systems, and visualize that data in an easily consumable fashion to drive process changesCoordinate with engineering, supply chain, and accounts payable to resolve invoice issuesServe as the voice of Accounts Payable during invoice management with Supply ChainDevelop, maintain, and manage part delivery dashboards to inform production resources on the timing of incoming hardwareDevelop and maintain daily and weekly activity reportingTrack, manage, and mitigate demand risks by working with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing resourcesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Administration, or other related field; MBA preferred3-5 years of business analysis or consulting experience; 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain within AerospaceKnowledge and experience in procurement and supplier managementKnowledge of Root Cause AnalysisProfessional or educational experience using Excel to create and manage complex datasetsExperience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BIStrong communication skills in technical work environmentsAptitude for teamwork with demonstrated potential for leadershipProven ability to work high volume requests while simultaneously working multiple projectsSkills & CompetenciesAdvanced Excel and data analysis capabilitiesStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to collaborate across multiple departmentsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProject management capabilitiesUnderstanding of accounting principles and supplier management processesCompensation Range for:WA applicants is $62,667.00 - $87,733.80Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
