Description We are looking for a skilled iManage Subject Matter Expert and Business Analyst to join our team in Iselin, New Jersey. In this role, you will take ownership of the iManage platform, providing critical insights and solutions to optimize document management, workflows, and integrations across the organization. This is a long-term contract position, offering the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure compliance in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Act as the primary expert on the iManage platform, overseeing its configuration, architecture, and integration capabilities. u2022 Translate business needs into actionable enhancement requirements for iManage workflows and platform improvements. u2022 Monitor system updates and releases to ensure proactive adoption of new features and advancements. u2022 Collaborate with IT operations to maintain secure, stable, and compliant system performance. u2022 Gather and document requirements for optimizing document management workflows and metadata standards. u2022 Perform gap analyses to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements. u2022 Support testing, validation, and rollout of new iManage features and configurations. u2022 Partner with data teams to enable seamless integrations between iManage and enterprise systems. u2022 Analyze usage patterns and build dashboards to track system performance and user adoption. u2022 Ensure compliance with governance, security, and confidentiality standards for all platform workflows and integrations. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as an iManage Subject Matter Expert with in-depth knowledge of its architecture and configuration. u2022 Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions. u2022 Familiarity with metadata standards, document classification, and retention workflows. u2022 Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with IT teams for system maintenance. u2022 Proficiency in developing process maps, functional specifications, and data flow diagrams. u2022 Ability to work with APIs and enable integrations between iManage and other enterprise systems. u2022 Expertise in analyzing system performance and creating dashboards for reporting insights. u2022 Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance frameworks related to document management systems.
