Description Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and manage identity and access management projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed successfully. u2022 Collaborate with global teams to design, build, and deploy services across the Americas zone. u2022 Oversee the overhaul of delegation models for Active Directory, including permissions and access enhancements. u2022 Configure access controls and ensure security improvements within directory services. u2022 Utilize technical knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Entra ID to support project execution and troubleshooting. u2022 Facilitate meetings with various IT stakeholders, driving discussions and documenting outcomes. u2022 Prepare technical documentation and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. u2022 Leverage ServiceNow for ticketing and tracking project-related tasks. u2022 Conduct research on new technologies to support ongoing and future initiatives. u2022 Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in infrastructure-related roles. u2022 Proficient in Active Directory, including permissions management, GPOs, and PowerShell scripting. u2022 Strong knowledge of Azure Entra ID, including conditional access policies and app configurations. u2022 Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data manipulation and reporting. u2022 Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively. u2022 Experience working in large, international organizations with distributed teams. u2022 Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
