Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Blytheville, Arkansas. In this role, you will manage high-volume invoice processing and ensure the accuracy of payments through detailed reconciliations and coding. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies. u2022 Perform detailed coding of invoices to the appropriate accounts. u2022 Execute check runs and ensure timely payment distribution. u2022 Conduct three-way matching to verify purchase orders, invoices, and receipts. u2022 Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions for audit and reporting purposes. u2022 Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. u2022 Utilize Accumatica software to manage and track accounts payable processes. u2022 Prepare periodic reports on accounts payable activity and performance metrics. u2022 Ensure all payments are processed in accordance with company standards and deadlines. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role. u2022 Proficiency in invoice processing, coding, and check runs. u2022 Strong knowledge of three-way match procedures. u2022 Familiarity with Accumatica or similar accounting software. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. u2022 Ability to manage high-volume workflows effectively. u2022 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. u2022 Strong organizational abilities to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
