Check out our current project locations belowu2014and stay tuned for even more as new opportunities unfold in 2026 - Irvine, CA - Waltham, MA - Norfolk, VA - Omaha, NE - Honolulu, HI - Seattle, WA - San Jose, CA - Tucson, AZ - Boise, ID Responsibilities Electrical Superintendentsu2019 responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: + Supervise small to medium size construction projects + Perform daily inspections of work performed for Safety, Quality, and Productivity + Act as liaison and coordinator between contractors. + Solve problems that arise. + Establish budgetary guidelines for the job, and ensure that cost control measures are being followed. + Provide job safety training and awareness for all personnel. + Establish quality standards of all jobs, and ensure that all quality assurance and company standards are being met. + Develop and manage job schedules (e.g. three week, 90 day, man loading), coordinate work with contractors and deliveries with suppliers and ensure inspections are scheduled appropriately. Since our projects are located nationwide, multiple relocations are required on an as needed basis. Qualifications u2022 A minimum of five years experience as General Foreman or Superintendent u2022 Management of union labor a plus u2022 Direct and supervise crews u2022 Broad understanding of technical electrical systems, including but not limited to: o Underground layout and installation o Instrumentation installation u2022 Above ground systems layout and installations, including but not limited to: o Conduit installations within hazardous locations o Cable tray systems o Cable pulling in conduit and tray u2022 Experience managing 20-50 craft employees at one time u2022 Prepared to attend meetings with customers and owners/general contractors u2022 Must have a positive attitude and possess excellent motivational skills u2022 Adapt to new surroundings and new people u2022 Must be able to access all points of a construction site u2022 Must be able to work with a team and provide input u2022 Working knowledge of computers and experience with the use of Microsoft Excel and Word u2022 Willing to travel and relocate on an as needed basis; nationwide u2022 Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future #LI-JT1 Working Conditions Insert here Other Requirements: u2022 Regular, reliable attendance u2022 Work productively and meet deadlines timely u2022 Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment u2022 Perform work safely and effectively.
