About the RoleThe Teen Coordinator is a full-time leadership role responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and implementation of dynamic teen programming at Marks JCH. This position plays a vital role across multiple teen initiatives, combining direct teen engagement with strong administrative and organizational oversight. The Teen Coordinator serves as the central coordinating staff member for Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters (JBBBS) and acts as the lead staff professional for B'Yachad Overnight Summer Camp. In addition, the role supports ongoing day-to-day programming at the Zehut Teen Center. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relational, and proactive, with the ability to balance hands-on program facilitation with behind-the-scenes logistics, planning, and follow-through.
