Description We are looking for a dedicated Service Writer to join our growing team in Waianae, Hawaii. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing essential office operations while supporting our accounting and billing processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage accounts receivable processes by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection. u2022 Coordinate receiving and ordering processes to streamline billing procedures and suggest improvements to leadership. u2022 Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions. u2022 Input employee timesheet data and verify documents for accuracy and compliance. u2022 Analyze and investigate billing errors, offering solutions to improve processes. u2022 Reconcile customer and vendor accounts to ensure proper collections and payments. u2022 Provide detailed process analysis and support across related companies as needed. u2022 Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Perform additional duties as assigned to support office functions and accounting tasks. Requirements u2022 Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. u2022 Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Excellent organizational and time management abilities. u2022 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. u2022 Resilience and a positive attitude in handling challenges. u2022 Effective communication and problem-solving skills. u2022 Experience in accounts payable, account reconciliation, and invoice processing. u2022 Familiarity with Sage 300 or similar accounting tools.
