A career at Koorsen includes competitive pay, a great health package, an annual bonus program, life insurance, continuous learning offerings, 401k, paid holidays, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and much more.BASE SALARY $57,000 - $60,000 DOE PLUS AN UNCAPPED COMMISSIONPOTENTIAL TOTAL SALARY COULD BE UP TO $125,000Responsibilities:Sell and promote all Koorsen Security products and systems, including Intrusion, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intercom, and MonitoringWork with Engineering and Operations to develop quotes.Build and maintain trusted relationships with current branch customers, Electrical and General Contractors, and end-user customers.Identify Security system upgrades, moves, adds, and change opportunities.Cold call facilities for new customer relationshipsCoordinate system demos for prospective contractors and customers about our products.Maintain pipeline data in Ignite - Sales TrackerInteract with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner.Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices.Open-minded willingness for continual learningFollow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.Required:Previous sales experience: Security and Fire Life Safety preferred.Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.Valid driver's licensePass drug and background screenings.Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointBasic understanding of IT functionalityPhysical Demands:Must be able to sit for long periods of time.Must be able to perform some repetitive motions while using a computer.Exposure to outside weather conditions, temperature changes, and loud noisesWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
