Type: Full TimePosted Date: 2025-12-23Pay Range: NegotiablePrimary FunctionThe Vendor Operations Manager supports the Enterprise Marketing Organization by managing key components of the third-party vendor portfolio. This role serves as the operational link between internal marketing teams and external vendors, ensuring compliance, effective communication, and the successful execution of vendor engagements. The coordinator will help to optimize vendor relationships, streamline processes, and support governance routines to reduce risk and enhance marketing operations.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee assigned areas of Enterprise Marketing's Third-Party PortfolioSupport Third Party Engagement Managers (TPEMS) with contract management, data transmission, issue remediation, and educationIdentify opportunities to optimize the vendor portfolio, eliminate duplication, and streamline processes using data-driven recommendationsServe as a conduit to the Third Party Management team and support governance routines, including Third Party Risk Council GovernanceVet, onboard, and offboard new and existing third-party vendorsAct as the primary point of contact between TPEMS, Enterprise Data teams, Global Third Party, and Risk partnersDeliver ongoing reporting related to vendor operations, aggregating data from multiple sources and providing insights and recommendationsSkills & QualificationsExpertise in vendor management, vendor operations, or similar functionStrong understanding of risk assessment and relevant controls within vendor relationshipsAbility to support marketing teams in fostering productive and compliant vendor partnersKnowledge of marketing operations and marketing processes preferredExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in vendor operations management, marketing operations, project management, or related backgrounds preferredTeamPeople, a division of System One, is an organization dedicated to providing superior customer service.
