Position Details u00b7 Full Time schedule to include rotating call coverage. u00b7 Hours flexible as driven by the OR schedule and need of patients u00b7 Surgical Assist with experienced general orthopedic surgeon u00b7 See patients in the clinic and perform inpatient consults/follow ups u00b7 Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMR u00b7 Environment that encourages learning and career development. u00b7 Competitive Salary, Plus Comprehensive Benefits Package Including, CME, 401K, and Malpractice Requirements Needed to Apply: u00b7 Active Texas license u00b7 Strong Communication Skills u00b7 Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program u00b7 Ortho surgical experience preferred u00b7 First assist surgical experience required The Physician Assistant ('PA') will be licensed as a physician assistant in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times. Master's degree Physician Assistant required. The PA will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
