The ideal candidate will have experience working with a team and a keen eye for detail.Job Summary:The Family Housekeeper will be responsible for performing various cleaning and household management tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our home. Responsibilities include general cleaning, laundry, and other household duties as needed.Schedule:Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PMKey Responsibilities:Cleaning & Maintenance:Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizingClean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedroomsMaintain Home’s exterior overall appearance as well as all outdoor furniture and protective coversOrganize and declutter spaces to ensure a tidy and functional home environmentLaundry & Ironing:Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothing and linensManage laundry schedules and ensure proper care of clothing and household textilesAssist with documenting outgoing and incoming Dry CleaningHousehold Management:Assist with organizing and managing household supplies and equipmentHelp with communicating any inventory needsQualifications:Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar roleFluent in English and able to communicate verbally and electronicallyStrong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipmentAbility to handle household tasks efficiently and with attention to detailGood organizational and time-management skillsReliable and trustworthy, with a professional attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWillingness to learn, adapt, and preferably grow with our companyNon-smokers onlyMust have excellent referencesWillingness to undergo an in-depth background checkLegally authorized to work in the USPhysically capable of performing housekeeping tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periodsLocal candidates onlyCompensation:$45 per hourGuaranteed 40 hours per weekBenefits:Medical coverage with dental, 50% coverage for dependentsIRA with 3% match72 hours of sick pay accruedannually10 days PTOActively Seeking Applicants!
