Our clients are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support their residence in Southampton. This role can be structured as seasonal full-time (April/May-September/October) or full-time year-round with the ability to work between Southampton and Glen Head, NY. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is reliable, and understands the expectations of maintaining a high-end home to a consistently high standard.Schedule:School Year: Monday-Friday, 7/8am-3/4pmSummer: Schedule to include weekends (with two weekdays off) and flexibility for early or late shifts as neededResponsibilities include:Full-charge housekeeping including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all living spacesLaundry, ironing, and wardrobe careMaintaining household supplies and notifying when items need replenishingAssisting with light household tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the homeEnsuring the home is guest-ready at all times, particularly during the summer seasonQualifications:Candidates local to the Southampton area are strongly preferredA minimum of 3+ years of housekeeping experience in either private residences or luxury hospitalityStrong English speaking skillsExcellent references from previous employersWilling to undergo an in-depth background investigationValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredNon-smoker (no smoking or vaping)Physically able to perform job duties (standing, lifting, climbing stairs, bending, etc.)Compensation: $45/hourBenefits:Full medical, dental, and vision benefits401k with match after 1 year of employment10 days of paid vacation5 paid sick days11 paid holidaysBonus potentialLocation: Southampton, NY (with potential to support Glen Head, NY for full-time year-round role)This is a great opportunity for a hardworking, dependable housekeeper who enjoys working in a beautiful home and being part of a respectful, appreciative household.
