Office Administrator Description: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly office administrator who is detail-oriented, organized, and can handle multiple tasks at once. This is a fully in-person role with hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Responsibilities and Duties: Answering and directing incoming phone calls from customers Processing payments and entering customer orders into QuickBooks Scheduling ground and freight shipments while monitoring delivery Emailing customers their sales receipts/invoices and tracking information Receiving checks and paying suppliers Handling other accounting-related and/or customer-facing tasks Basic Qualifications: Prior experience in an administrative assistant, office administrator, or customer service role.
