Job Title: Payroll Clerk Company: Concrete Company Location: Palmview, TX Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00/hour Job Description:We are a concrete company located in Palmview, TX seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have payroll experience and be comfortable working with hourly employees in a construction environment. Experience with Paylocity is preferred, but candidates with experience using Paycom, ADP, UKG, or similar payroll systems are welcome to apply. Responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time Review and verify employee timecards, hours worked, and overtime Enter payroll data and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve issues Coordinate payroll changes for new hires, terminations, and pay updates Maintain confidentiality of payroll information Qualifications: Previous payroll experience required Paylocity experience preferred (other payroll systems accepted) Strong attention to detail and organization Basic knowledge of payroll and overtime rules Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software Ability to meet payroll deadlines Compensation: Starting pay: $15.00/hour How to Apply:Please submit your resume for consideration or call the McAllen office to 956-664-9675 EXT 1-58.
