Position Summary TheField Service Technician is responsible for traveling to restaurantlocations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchenequipment-including hot-side appliances, refrigeration units, and lightHVAC systems. This role requires operating a company vehicle safely,delivering prompt and reliable service, and ensuring minimal downtimefor restaurant operations. The technician must provide exceptionalcustomer support, communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff,and work independently with little supervision.
