Tackling complex, cross-functional challengesis your calling, and you have a knack for breaking them down into actionable, manageable steps that drive alignment and measurable results across teams.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary facilitator forPI Planning events, ensuring alignment across multiple Agile teams for the next 8-12 weeks.Drivebusinessobjectivealignment, dependency mapping, and risk identification during PI Planning sessions.Ensure transparency and predictability bymaintainingclear visibility into plans, progress, and challenges.Partner with Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.Partner with Release Management andEngineeringteamstosupport the execution of product development, testing, and releasefunctions.Develop dashboards, reports, andcollateralfor the product team to understand and action on work which affects KPIs and metrics.Work hand in hand with the product executives on process adoption and improvement.Document and maintain all processes for the product organization internally as well as its touch points across the McKesson organization.Collaborate with Agile planning and execution teams to collect, analyze, and interpret Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability, capacity).Provide actionable insightstoProduct Management for prioritization and resource planning.Drive transparency and accountability for deliverables and timelines.Identifyand mitigate risksimpactingplanning and execution.Driveadditionalprojects and programs internal to the product orga
