Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.Position SummaryThis position will coordinate program activities, supervise assigned staff and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations in the supervised group living program. This position will also provide leadership, direction and administrative oversight in advancing and supporting Aspire's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a directly-related human service field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education requiredThree (3) years related work experience required with at least one (1) year in a supervisor capacity highly preferredExperience in providing community based servicesExperience with MRO or Recovery Works programming a plusKnowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (Medicaid, Social Security, Corrections, etc) highly preferredOther RequirementsDeep personal commitment to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Aspire Indiana HealthStrong ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly confidential information with professionalismMust have strong interpersonal communication, leadership, problem solving, and teambuilding skillsMust be able to occasionally work evenings and weekendsAbility to be flexible and work outside normal business hours, as neededMust be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team settingMust possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organizationMust have reliable transportation to attend community events, trainings and/or meetingsBenefitsAspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
