The brand is built on knowledgeable and passionate people offering impeccable service, deliciously different menus, and a creative culture.We are currently seeking a part-time Kitchen Porter/Dishwaser to join our dynamic culinary team.This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingEVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.Key Responsibilities:Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.Maintain a clean and tidy work areaFollow health and safety guidelinesSort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areasAssist in areas in the kitchen when neededMaintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, cutting boards, and other food prep surfaces.Removes trash and places it in designated containers.
